Desired profile

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering-IT OR Computer Science

Experience: 10 years of working experience in the field of IT

Language: Fluent in English & Hindi

Desired skills:

• Experience in process creation and optimization
• Experience with SAP or any other ERP system is a plus
• Good general knowledge about various ecommerce platforms
• Intellectual curiosity for the domain
• An excellent communicator (with internal as well as external stakeholders)
• Somebody who understands what technologies are needed for the task at hand, without necessarily being an expert at those technologies
• Good Communication skill
• Competent and professionally driven individual
• Decent experience in process improvements with working exposure in ERP
• This is normally expected from an individual who has completed Bachelors Degree in Engineering-IT OR Computer Science and has at least 10 years of working experience, in the field of IT, out of which at least 7 years in business processes

Job description:

• Identify the right requirements (in cooperation with the respective heads)
• Select the right solutions for same, get it implemented and also is able to assess how users are working with the solution and to bring them up to the required levels (monitoring, training etc.
• Strong grip on processes / systems (in terms of efficiency + effectiveness)
• Oversee all technology operations (e.g. ERP Road-map, Infra, Network Security) and evaluate them according to established goals.
• Overall responsibility for Project Management of ERP engagements to identify design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for mid-to-large clients across several key industries.
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
• Define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels for client
• Manage routine interactions with client management and sponsorship
• Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients
• Analyze the business requirements of all Client/Departments to determine their technology needs.
• Oversee the evaluation and procurement of the right hardware & software mix for the company
• Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.
• Control budget and report on revenue vs expenditure.
• Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
