JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsible Service Related issue and Solve the Problem with client visit and Support with Customer Satisfaction.
If Need to change any Part then take trail and solve the Problem.
Installation of the New Machines
Problem Countering on the site.
Return the change Part after trail and after confirmation by client.
If after change the Part Problem is not resolved and same Problem detect than we have to disassemble the change part & report to change part department for rework
Candidate must be ready to go abroad (AFRICA REGION) for installation
Minimum 3 years of experience in PHARMA INDUSTRY.
Good communication skills
Diploma & Degree Engineers
Bike & License Mandatory
