Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a full time, dynamic Operations Manager to manage and support Pharmacy department of DY Patil Hospital, Navi Mumbai

Candidate with B. Pharm & MBA in Hospital Administration, 10 yearsrelevant work experience in Pharmacy Operations, Pharmacy Relationship management, Inventory Management may apply


Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Must have Knowledge of managing Hospital departments like ICUs, OPDs, IPDs and Pharmacy units
  • Will have to interface between Hospital Pharmacy and other Hospital units and deal with Doctors, Consultants, Nursing in charges routinely
  • Build and maintain relationship with Hospital Consultants and patients
  • Manage Patient grievances related to Pharmacy
  • Must have knowledge of using Pharmacy Software
  • Must know all Pharmacy protocols , SOPs and NABH Guidelines
  • Must have people skills to deal with Pharmacy staff, prepare Pharmacist ROTA, address their grievances, etc
  • Must be excellent in preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS & Reporting
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have knowledge and experience of Stock Audit, Inventory management, etc.
  • Candidate will be responsible for overall smooth Pharmacy Operations
