Responsible for payroll processing and it involves ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. The major skilled required for the role includes very good understanding of the payroll process and conversant with excel. The detailed roles and responsibilities associated with this role:

Payroll Processing:

Execute end-to-end payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.

Data Entry and Maintenance:

Enter and maintain employee data in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other status changes. Keep employee records up-to-date with changes in benefits, and other relevant information.

Calculation of Payments:

Calculate employee salaries, bonuses, and other forms of compensation accurately. Ensure deductions such as benefits, and other withholdings are correctly calculated.

Compliance:

The candidate should be well versed with the compliance requirements of EPF / ESI. The knowledge on the compliances with respect to Contract Labor Regulation Act, The Professional Tax Act and Inter-State Labor Migration Act would be an added advantage.

Time and Attendance Management:

Oversee time and attendance systems to track employees’ work hours accurately. Resolve discrepancies in timekeeping records and attendance.

Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and personal information.

This role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with both employees and other departments within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

  • HR in Security Industry: 3 years (Required)
