Roles and Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor overall HR strategies, system, tactics and procedures across the organization
Creating HR strategies and initiatives in alignment of goals of the organization
Carrying out HR responsibilities such as drafting offer letters, maintaining attendance and leave policies, etc
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Managing effectively all the legislative compliances and liasioning with various government authorities
Payroll management
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Planning for Employee Engagement activities
Updating ERP software

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be quick, energetic, willing to learn and deliver the objective of the company
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Good interpersonal skills.
