  • Employees Performance Management.
  • HR Matrix Management.
  • Employees Record Keeping.
  • Head Hunting.
  • Statutory compliances.
  • Prepare an Annual Plan for the department.
  • Employee development through training & coaching.
  • To manage the skill Matrix and improve employee productivity.
  • To develop and multi-tasking staff.
  • Leadership development across the hospital.
  • Culture and value management.
  • Manage discipline at the workplace.
  • Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements.

Employee grievance handling.


Desired Candidate Profile

At least 10-15years of relevant experience in Healthcare & Hospital.

A Leader, Strategist, good knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools, Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs

Good knowledge of labor legislation
