Responsibilities:

Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback / recommendations to the management. Monthly Salary preparation.
Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines.
PF, ESIC, Arrears Calculation, Appointing the required staff in-co-ordination with other departments, verifying resumes and performing reference and background checks, reviewing HR policies of the organization and application of the same.
To look after HR activities for the company, to handle all the HR responsibilities like - Talent Acquisition, manage the employee life cycle from Hire to exit.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 7 - 12 Years of experience in managing HR functions preferably from Civil/ Construction Background.
Skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources & Managing HR team of the organization.
ERP Experience is must.

Preferable: Infrastructure Industry (Civil & Construction)
