Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an HR Manager located in Srinagar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating the human resources policies and programs, and also responsible for managing employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, and HR compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a demonstrated history of managing teams and implementing HR programs and policies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment law and benefit regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
  • Professional HR certification preferred.
