Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Adarsh Mobile Applications LLP in Mathura. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR software systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
