Oversee booking & deliveries
Responsible for loading & unloading
Prompt escalation of issues such as short, excess and damage of articles to management
Follow statutory requirements
Follow company’s standard operating procedures
Send daily status reports to reporting heads
Daily on site client visits
Telephone follow ups for current and future bookings
Send "daily business activity reports" - to reporting head
Follow ups regarding "proof of delivery" copies
Bill submission based on each customers billing cycle
Must meet monthly and annual targets for new business acquisition
Existing business retention and development
Maintain good relationship with customers
File customer requirements & contact information at HQ

Should have 04 to 10 Years of experience in Cargo Industry is mandatory - Operations field & Business Development. Should have good presentation skills. Should be well versed with MS Office. Should have good communication skills. Leadership qualities and timely adherence of the schedules.
