Role Description

AntiGra Systems is seeking an experienced and creative Industrial Product Designer to join our research and development team in Kolhapur. As an Industrial Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet customer needs while adhering to functional and aesthetic design standards. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolhapur.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Product Designer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as SolidWorks, Rhino and Keyshot. Knowledge of any other product design software would be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of product design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively and develop original designs
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines and drive projects from ideation to production
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset
  • Experience with sustainable design and materials is a plus

Remuneration

4 LPA to 6 LPA CTC as per skills and proven relevant experience.
