MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Job Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative assistance
  • Performed data entry related to customer information, sales orders, and contracts
  • Organized sales orders and other paperwork by filing them in systematic order both manually and electronically
  • Followed-up with the clients for outstanding invoices and performed several tasks for bringing projects into action
  • Liaising with the logistics and sales department in order to deliver goods to customers in time
  • Organizing, and reviewing sales data and preparing reports for the sales manager’s approval
  • Maintaining complete and accurate database of existing and prospective customers
  • Collecting data from salesperson and processing paperwork for making the ground for delivery of goods
  • Communicating and coordinating with customers and the sales team for the processing or orders, renewal of old contracts, and drafting of new ones
  • key business tools – ie price lists, order forms, assortments & order booking etc
