Career Advancement

The Inside Sales Representative is a vital member of the Go-to-Market team led by the VP of Growth Marketing. This individual will generate prospective leads through data analysis, research, campaign outreach planning, copywriting, lead scraping, and more. This individual may also be responsible for leading external facing activities with prospective clients by executing the outreach directly via digital and physical channels (email, LinkedIn, phone calls, etc).

This individual will engage with teams across the organization, especially with Marketing, Delivery, and the Regional GTM teams. The Inside Sales Executive will shape one of the first touchpoints for prospective clients and can have a direct impact on the success of the company through their ability to drive new business effectively and to be successful in this role. A good candidate will be highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful, innovative, organized, enthusiastic, professional, polished, and eager to learn.

Reporting Structure & Other Considerations

The role can be remote if not in the Hyderabad area

This role will report to the Inside Sales Manager based in Southern California, USA

This role requires working hours to overlap Pacific Time from at least 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday through Fridays

What You’ll Do
  • Research prospective clients and companies
  • Mine and generate new prospective leads that fit ideal customer profiles
  • Manage a database of targeted prospects in Nisum’s CRM
  • Support Inside Sales Team in engaging and attracting opportunities through carefully iterated sequences of interactions (telephone and outbound cold emails) to drive discovery meetings and generate pipeline
  • Qualify and respond to daily marketing and sales-generated leads, and drive leads through the sales process
  • Manage sales data and sales operational duties
  • Write outreach copy and create outreach campaigns to execute in conjunction with the Inside Sales team
  • Test and learn with innovative and experimental outreach strategies
  • Outreach directly to prospective clients, including, but not limited to emailing, calling, mailing collateral, and more

What You Know
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent in data analysis and data mining
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong writing skills compliant with the Associated Press Style or MLA Style
  • Experience in Salesforce and Hubspot is a bonus

Education
  • BA / BSc Degree required
