How can you make an Impact?

AsInside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the regional sales revenue target through effective customer engagement, retention, and renewal. You will drive growth for customers by attending and solving their problems related to usage of digital learning products, Access Medicine and Access Engineering, and responsible for the overall trial management and reporting across India region.

What can you expect from the position?

  • Engaging and building solid rapport with the customers, understanding their needs, sharing the product value propositions, and collaborating with the sales team to discuss customer problems, upselling opportunities, and prioritize all ‘at risk’ customers.
  • Direct responsibility for all customer Trials; ensuring good experience, support materials / Zoom-based onboarding (if required) and follow-through.
  • Provide the 1st line of enquiry for customers in territory, ensuring timely responses and accurate information, quotation, pricing and renewal proposals prepared and communicated.
  • Execute on a customer retention strategy in territory (including local sales offers) to ensure renewal rates achieved for subscription products.
  • Understand the territory in detail – trends, competitors, relevant procurement regulations – ensuring processes are adhered to and executed on.
  • Fully participate in all product briefings, regional & international sales meetings and other online internal events.

  • What can you bring to the role?

  • Minimum 3-5 years of inside sales experience in subscription model. Must have exposure in digital sales of medical or engineering learning products.
  • Excellent track record of customer engagement and customer management in the last 3 years.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ‘can do’ attitude to customer problem-solving.
  • Able to manage in high-pressure situations with great organizational skills.
