Architect or Interior designer:

We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of interior designer. The interior designer’s key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client goals, sourcing products and materials, determining costs, and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications is met. You will also be expected to comply with the regulatory environment around inspections and building codes.

Good interior designers are able to think creatively about the use of space, colour, and movement and will draw on other artistic mediums for creative inspiration. They will also be effective communicators who can persuade in communicating a design idea.

Key Responsibilities:

· Outline client design objectives.

· Conceptualize and sketch design plans.

· Create ’mood boards’ to sample your design vision.

· Utilize computer applications in the design process.

· Create detailed working drawings for the execution of projects and communicate the same to the execution team.

· Keep effective communication with the clients, vendors, and team members for the successful completion of the project.

· Site visits and resolving the practical issues on site execution process.

· Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

· Handling the projects from conceptual to final execution.

· Designing “Furniture products” from concept to final drawings.

· Create detailed working drawings for the making of the designed furniture products.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in interior design.

· 0-1 year’s professional experience of working as an interior designer.

· Project management experience.

· Portfolio of design work.

· Experience with computational design to final execution.

· Drafting skills - Proficient in CAD.

· Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating with clients and agencies.

· Be able to educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company.

· Should be flexible to work to meet business needs

· Skill to design furniture products.

Job Type:

Full time 10 am to 7 pm (1hr Lunch break)

Monday to Saturday
