Your responsibilities include: Installment and configuration of software and hardware (Mac Windows) Experience in Macrium Reflect Software Maintaining stock of inventory, tracking and placing orders along with the purchase manager Set up accounts and workstations Monitor systems’ performance and maintain them according to requirements Troubleshoot issues and outages Routine maintenance of every laptop and checks to make sure it’s working properly Ensure high-level security through access controls, backups and firewalls Research and recommend new approaches to improve and upgrade systems with new releases and models Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies Build an internal wiki with technical documentation and manuals.
