We have urgent job opening for Manager - Finance & Accounts job in a well-established Company in Imphal , Manipur location.

JOB DETAILS:

  • Managing a company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
  • The role incumbent is responsible for the Financial Health of the unit, Budget Planning, ensuring Financial Discipline and monitoring strict adherence to good financial practices.
  • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines; managing budgets; Coordinating the preparation of budgets and submitting the budget for the approval of the Business Head.
  • Monthly reporting MIS, BRM Decks, finalizing monthly and annual accounts within the dates agreed upon.
  • Debtors Movement Reports on periodic basis by conducting Age-wise analysis and review,
  • Verification and processing Accounts payable on timely basis.
  • Conducting timely stock audits and intermittent Cash audits.
  • Responsible for liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
  • Responsible for building external relationships with appropriate authorities, e.g., auditors, solicitors, bankers, and statutory organizations. Resolving issues relating to bank reconciliation
  • Attending to internal auditors queries relating to Accounts function.
  • Validation of Variable payout to consultants and visiting consultants.
  • Responsible for developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk; conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
  • Partner reconciliation
  • Ensuring all records are maintained accurately and filling returns on time.
  • Coordinating with systems department for software development / data processing related to Accounts.
  • Ensuring all internal accounting controls are observed.
  • Ensuring internal and tax audits are completed on time.
  • Monitoring day to day transactions for timely deliverable.
  • Ensuring up-to-date maintenance of books of accounts and timely closure of accounts for providing monthly and annual statements of accounts.
  • Planning manpower requirements for his department.
  • Identifying training needs of his subordinates and department personnel.
  • Setting up systems and procedures relating to all activities of his department.

Qualification: CA, MBA (Finance), M Com or any relevant qualification

Experience: 7- 14 Years
