We are hiring US Non IT Recruiters for Navi Mumbai Location on Contract to hire basis

Job Description:

Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Calling the Sourced Candidates and screening them
Performing telephonic interviews with candidates
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Education: Educated to a degree level.

Work Experience: 1-10 years of relevant work experience

Knowledge or Skills Requirements:

Contract to hire - 6 months
Shift - 7pm - 4.30am
