Job Description:

· Day to Day Purchase / Debit / Credit Notes/ Petty Cash data entries

· Daily Bank Reconciliation along with necessary Bank Entries & review of same with a senior person.

· Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

· Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices

· Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.

· Stock Audit Report and Production Cost Report.

· GST Working.

· Maintain outstanding record and send to senior.

Role Requirement:

· Knowledge of General & Sub Ledgers along with Export / Import transactions

· Knowledge of working on ERP systems like tally / SAP

· Good with accounting knowledge

· GST, TDS / TCS etc. knowledge

· Good with Excel (preferable with Advance Excel)
