Responsibilities and key activities:

Drive team efficiency, FTR, Lean & CI program
Perform quality controls, double checks & Quality checks, and monitor operations KPI
Improve team productivity & quality of time sheet entries
Backlog monitoring, process simplification/harmonization
Generate improvement ideas & projects and work on time-line discipline for completion
Preparation for ISO & other periodical organizational audits
Competency development, identify the developmental areas and facilitate required training.
BCP & back up creation for stable operations
Encourage cross skilling / domain support
Pulse actions follow up and completion
Organizes effective meetings with his/her team & unit, provide agenda, analysis` `and meeting minutes for every meeting
Team attendance management
Expertise the process and perform floor support

Skills required:

People management
Strong Analytical, with attention to details.
Good communications, ability to collaborate with FL/ SL / internal counterparts
Able to work in virtual environment
Good knowledge in Purchase order, Goods receipt related process.
Sourcing domain knowledge would be added advantage
SAP proficient (Knowledge in PR to PO processes will be an added advantage)
Self – driven with positive attitude
Team player, customer - oriented
Experience: Over all 7 years of experience
Qualification: Any Graduate.
