This is a remote position.The Sr Client Partner at Koantek is responsible for managing relationships with key clients within the technology industry. The primary focus of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and to help them achieve their business objectives through the effective use of technology using Koantek services. The Client Partner is expected to be aware of the Databricks tailored Koantek solutions in Cloud/DevOps/Data Engineering/Data Science/Data Architecture/Data Analytics.Past job titles may have included: Client Partner, Client Service :
  • Business Development: The Sr Client Partner is responsible for identifying new business opportunities within existing clients as well as new clients. This includes developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Responsible for managing the overall relationship with key clients. This includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and working with them to develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Responsible for working with clients to develop long-term strategic plans that align with their business objectives. This includes understanding the client’s industry and competitive landscape, as well as identifying emerging technologies and trends that may impact their business.
  • Delivery Management: Responsible for ensuring that client projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. This includes working with delivery teams to identify and mitigate project risks, as well as ensuring that project resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Team Management: Work a team of professionals, including other Client Partners, Account Managers and Delivery Teams. This includes meeting performance objectives, providing coaching and mentoring to other Client Partners as needed for the team to be successful.
  • Perform other important duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the technology industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on business, as well as experience with emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and cloud computing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client business objectives and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Proven track record of developing and mentoring team members
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and team members
