BE/B.Tech Mechanical, 3 to 5 Years experience
  • 3 to 5 years experience in an engineering industry preferably in automobile manufacturing with focus on Tool engineering design, Methods Engineering and application area.
  • Working knowledge in SAP-MDM is mandatory
  • Hands on experience on using UG or AutoCAD
  • Well versed in Machine design concepts / Fixture design concepts
  • Six sigma, PST, Resource management desirable.
  • Experience in ERP or Engineering data base management
Roles & Responsbilities
  • Periodic review of NPI/NPM (New Parts Introduction with CFT) for timely launch of new parts
  • Responsible for Engg. Completion i.e Design completion for Toolings, Gauges and Green / Carb rings
  • SAP-Engineering data management
  • APQP coordination
  • Process cards / CPG part file data / Servo dresser data / relevant documents for shop floor
  • Process Knowledge Management – KBE
  • Engineering documentation, Revision Control.
  • Production Process problem solving and support for CI projects
  • Solution to Tooling and Fixture requirements for plant and production
  • Local co-ordinator for MOC’s (Management of Change). Responsible for timely approval and implementation
