  • To oversee and manage all aspects of Civil Site Engineering to ensure the successful completion of refinery construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Lead the civil engineering team in planning, and execution of refinery construction projects, including site development.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess construction progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualification and Experience
Full time bachelor’s degree in respective discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of experience of working as Lead Engineer/Area Manager/Superintendent in Oil & Gas Sector and Chemicals.
  • Must have completed one project working as Lead Engineer for EPCM/PMC Consultant
