Roles and Responsibilities

Front line support via live chat and telephone.

Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical domain & web hosting issues.

Provide technical support for level one escalation issues via help-desk and live chat.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

To improve infrastructure costs, performance and end user satisfaction

Ensure system performance and SLA’s are met

Vendor management for New Procurement’s and AMC Contract, SSL and Licenses Renewals

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate

3 to 5 experience in technical support of Web Hosting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.

Knowledge of FTP, DNS, cPanel, Plesk and WHM is must

Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.

Experience with documenting procedures.

Ability to troubleshoot basic web hosting and technical procedures as needed.

Responsible for designing and troubleshooting network of IT services to meet the functional objects of the business

Develop the reporting for vendor performance in areas that include quality, capacity,

systems and responsiveness

Ensure the infrastructure team is mitigating, monitoring and managing infrastructure related risks.

Manage Ticketing Tool for managing all the call history

Experience in IT Infra Support and Services

in broad base experience and in-depth understanding of all facets of enterprise IT

Infrastructure on Cloud, Networking, Servers and end user IT infrastructure

IT experience including managing teams responsible for architecture design and

deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and

operations.

Hands on Experience in areas such as network design and administration, data

center operations, database administration

Hands on Experience in areas of Blade servers, storage, Cisco network devices and

Firewall

Hands on Experience on Microsoft Technology like (office 365, Hyper-VSCOM, SCCM,

Exchange, Mail Gateway)

Knowledge of Security Product like Data classification ,DLP, Antivirus etc.

Strong management and people development skills

Understanding of ITIL practices

Ability to think logically and demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience in Information security

Provide leadership in planning and managing computer operations and production support, systems and database administration and network operations

Perform L2 support on need basis

Lead IT asset management to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved

Manage strategic relationships with key IT product and service providers

Ensure information security control are implemented and Managed

Responsible for Supporting & monitoring the existing infrastructure, supervising

maintenance and backup as well as performing other regular support activities to ensure effectiveness.

Responsible for Backup Management and DR

Manage cloud based telephony services

Qualifications & Certification

BE/BTech in IT is must

MBA in IT is desirable

ITILv4, Certified in Microsoft products, MCSE, CCNP, and Cloud architect in AWS/Azure or Google Technologies
