Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure on time and accurate delivery to customers across online and offline channels
  • Manage the logistics through Ocean, Air & Road
  • Explore levers to Control and Optimize the logistics cost- such as weight analysis, network optimization, renegotiation.
  • Manage a team of 6-8 people involved in order processing and dispatch.
  • Ensure correct and full documentation required for shipments for domestic and international channel.
  • Coordinate with sales, ecommerce, operations, accounts for timely resolution of customer issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Engg./ MBA with 3-5 years of experience in Logistics/ Customer Service
  • Good People management skills and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and implement best practices to ensure high quality output
  • High level of project management, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work around constraints and strict timeline to get the task done
