Roles and Responsibilities

  • Tracking of machinery and its daily maintenance / operational Schedule.
  • Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
  • Breakdown and preventive maintenance of machinery & equipment that include Lathe, Pipe bending machine, Hydrostatic test equipment, EOT crane, Crimping machine, DG set, Panels & electrical systems.
  • Conduct failure / root cause analysis and carry out maintenance in timely & safe manner.
  • Deal with emergencies and unplanned problems. Minimize unplanned downtime, identify opportunities of improvement.
  • Control maintenance cost, maintain critical spares.
