Finance experience

  • Ownership of closing Balance sheet, managing auditor objections
  • Creating and reporting MIS reports
  • Understanding of finance processes e.g., Procure to Pay, Revenue, Banking, Asset accounting etc
  • Understanding of company’s financial filings GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT etc
  • Debt fund raising from bank/NBFC
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Managed a small team in past but also has hands-on experience
  • CA with 8-10 years of finance experience

Preferred add-on experiences

  • Exposure to operations / hospitals
  • Commercial negotiations, contracting with partners and vendors
