Roles and Responsibilities
Commercials :
1.Meet International and National clients and basis the data prepare commercials and get them approved by the management.
2. Facilitate in working special price need from bulk business clients in coordination with respective sales head
3. Monitoring of Gross contribution. Drive price realization target by focusing on high GC product, Exclusive tests, streamlining discounts with direct impact on bottom line.
4. Overall Price control, Auditing & Monitoring.
5. Annual price revision exercise for existing and new launch, Points to consider during price exercise: Competitor Price Mapping, product spectrum, market positioning, price elasticity, margins etc.
6. Developed reports and scorecards to track and analyze key metrics and value captured from pricing activities. Revenue and margin. Submitting discounting report on regular basis
Lab Wise Product mapping & material Pricing:
1. New upcoming labs product mapping & price tagging.
2. Existing Lab product mapping & price tagging
Facilitating Tender business
1. Pricing & Gross contribution calculation.
2. Documentation
PMT Support
Work closely with marketing team in promo roll out and impact analysis of each promo. Discuss product trend analysis/ customer performance analysis with marketing team to take effective action
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Willing to get the details of any subject
3. Having strong technical expertise
4. Resilience and team player
Having 10-15 years of experience in managing Pricing/policies
Industry Preferred: Pathology Labs/ Diagnostic Centers / Hospitals/ Pharmaceutical Company/OTC/Stem Cells/ Medical Equipments or devices
Qualification:CA or B.Sc. with MBA from good Management Institute. Should have good communication and presentation skills both oral and written.
