The Market Acceleration Manager will be leading the efforts to create an ecosystem for the priority sectors such as agriculture, healthcare, rural innovations and more as we jointly decide. The role will involve meeting different ecosystem players from the region and beyond to establish partnerships and explore opportunities of working together. On the other side, the Market Acceleration Manager will also enable startups to obtain connects as required and facilitate on ground support.

Skills and Requirements

  • Experience of designing and executing Open Innovation challenges, Market led programs focused for startups.
  • Passionate individuals with experience in startup support with learning attitude and interest in nurturing environment for entrepreneurs.
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate FSSI core values, value proposition, and key messages.
  • Confidence to think outside the box and suggest growth ideas both big and small to improve how we do things.
  • Equal enthusiasm for both day-to-day executional tasks and bigger picture projects.
  • Team player with strong execution capabilities and leadership potential.
  • Entail skills of Market research Data driven Analytical Benchmarking Decision support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well with an eye for details.
  • Experience in specific sectors like Agriculture Medtech Edtech, rural value chain will be added advantage.

Roles and responsibilities

  • 4 to 5 years experience in startup support, Open Innovation program, market enablement program, relationship management with external stakeholders and operations.
  • Understanding needs of startups and identifying appropriate market connections.
  • Manage the day-to-day interaction with the Incubatees.
  • Provide support to entrepreneurs across ideation, acceleration, investment and scale-up stage.
  • Connect startups with resources and opportunities that can enable growth.
  • Support startups in incubation program and enable strategic guidance to entrepreneurs in areas such as business modeling sales, marketing, financing, fundraising, overall strategy, operations etc.

Who can apply?

Post graduate with 4 to 5 years of working with startups, startup ecosystems, having experience of building partnerships with stakeholders. Candidate needs to have a business understanding and keenness to learn.
