Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordination between multiple departments of manufacturing unit as directed by Senior Managers.
  • Keeping track of production orders: cargo ready status, dispatch, documents & payment.
  • Preparing monthly sales reports for Senior Managers.
  • Supporting existing & new customer inquiries by price calculations and product presentations.
  • Working frequently on ERP system for various tasks related to manufacturing unit
  • Daily logging on CRM.


    • Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & browsing skills.
    • Advance excel (vlookup, pivot table, formulas).
    • Good communication & writing skills.
    • Willingness to learn.
    • preferably from manufacturing industry with min. 3 years experience.
