We are seeking a talented, energetic, and motivated Marketing Executive to join our Srinagar office and contribute to the growth and success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities.

• Analyze customer behavior and industry insights to refine marketing strategies.

Brand Promotion:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our brand and increase the market share of our products.

• Implement strategies for brand visibility and awareness.

Digital Marketing:

• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase online presence.

• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising.

Field Marketing/Lead Generation:

• Plan and execute field marketing activities to reach the target audience.

• Coordinate events, roadshows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

• Generate leads and handle initial client meetings.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product/tech teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

• Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

• Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital and field marketing.

• Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behavior.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid two-wheeler vehicle (TA/km will be provided).

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for field marketing activities.

• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
