Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist with a deep understanding of civil engineering practices to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to our target audience of civil engineers and construction professionals.

Job Description:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Create engaging content, including brochures, presentations, and online materials, to effectively communicate technical aspects to civil engineers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including civil engineering professionals and industry influencers.
  • Provide input into product development based on feedback from civil engineers and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Expertise in Market Research and Analysis
  • Experience in Sales and/or Marketing Strategy
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in standard office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
