Exp: 2-5 years; Rajiv Plastic Industries, a leader in the manufacture and sale of Colour Masterbatches and Polymer Compounds, has immediate opening for 2 Production Officers The successful candidate will perform the following role Maintain production schedules and ensure production deadlines are met Supervise down-line employees and maintain their morale Work in co-ordination with and report directly to the plant manager Ensure a safe working environment Work with Quality Control lab during production to ensure product conformity with standards Prepare reports as per ISO norms and procedures Immediately solve any minor production related issues or break-downs Qualifications & Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years prior experience in running a compounding and masterbatch line.
  • Thorough knowledge of compounding equipment such as extruders, mixers,
  • Diploma in polymer processing technology or similar from CIPET or Indian Plastic Institute.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi
  • Well versed Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Team-player and be a good leader / supervisor to all employees working under him / her.
  • Capable of analyzing and diagnosing all types of maintenance problems whether mechanic, electrical etc.
  • Must be willing to relocate
  • Must be willing to work in shifts
