As ThoughtSpot continues to grow at an industry defying pace, the volume of transactions are increasing every quarter. We’re looking for an Orders Analyst who is detail oriented and a driven individual who will lead the efforts of improving and optimizing efficiencies within our Orders process.

What you’ll do:
  • Review Salesforce Opportunities (Orders) against signed contractual agreements for completeness and accuracy; make updates to ensure consistency.
  • Work with sales, legal, and finance teams to resolve any issues identified during Order review.
  • Ensure Orders adhere to ThoughtSpot standards and policies.
  • Oversee provisioning of assets in line with contractual entitlements and lead on-going audits of assets deployed to confirm in line with contractual entitlements.
  • Calculate the revenue for Orders, as defined by ThoughtSpot booking policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall quote-to-cash processes.
  • Assist the Sales Operations team with process and system improvements, handle ad-hoc projects, sales training and other team enablement needs.
  • Continually documents, updates and re-evaluates processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the business operations to support increased growth and deal complexity.

What you bring:
  • Detail-oriented organizational skills and solutions-based problem solving.
  • Strong Salesforce and Excel skills are required, with CPQ experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in software, SaaS, or technology organization preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Desk, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and/or Revenue Accounting
