We are looking for a Result-driven Legal professional with good experience in Legal Matters, Infrastructure, managing national and negotiation, Corporate House Keeping, Risk identification, mitigation and management, effectively handling Litigation, Arbitration and Criminal Matters.

Location: Chennai (WFH)

Scope of legal consultant:

• General legal support for all arising tasks within the company.
• Competent contact for the management in legal affairs
• Dealing with day-to-day business in the payment industry
• Drafting, analysis, and negotiation of needed commercial contracts with a focus on vendors, IT, and service providers.
• Support in employment matters
• Corporate housekeeping, support, and coordination with the company secretary board
• Liaise with external law firms within approved schemes and projects.

Working Time and place of work:

• The legal consultant will work 3 days a week for the company.
