Responsibilities

    • Serve as a single point of contact within the Partner Enablement team to coordinate requests coming from partner and internal teams.
    • Ensure all requests, issues and escalations are raised within the appropriate systems to get our internal teams focused on them with strong follow-up.
    • Follow up with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, CloudOps, Databases, Reporting, Platform Engineering etc.) as appropriate.
    • Send out daily updates on progress to each partner team on their key issues and help plan the next steps on open actions.
    • Provide metrics on open issues and ageing along with other in process dashboards.
    • Plan for a guided project experience for partners.
    • Support with Partner Enablement resource management, allocation and reporting.
    • Support with the setup of partner managed projects in SharePoint.
    • Submit weekly/monthly reports to SLT, both scheduled and ad-hoc reports; other reports as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

    • 3 -5 years’ experience with Partner Management Operations, Client Management roles, PMO’s office for a services or product company.
    • Strong stakeholder management experience with an ability to build relationships keeping the customers and partners in focus.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
    • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
    • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
    • Proficiency with MS Office programs.
    • Ability to develop models using MS Excel.
    • Strong PowerPoint skills to develop clear and compelling presentations.
    • Ability to work with limited direction and minimal supervision.
