Continual improvement in the productivity , and other relates areas by way of Kaizens and PokaYoke, Identification ,Review,correction of non confirming products, Process control as per documented procedures.Establish and maintain work enviroment needed to achieve product confirmity.Ensure Adequate handling and storage methods in shop.Resposible for goods 5S systems in shop.maintenance of machinery and equipment.Ensure safety in all activities.Responsible Raw Material Reco for molding shop, Investigate the cause of M/C break down and to take corrective action.To ensure quantitive production as per requirement.and ensure monitoring control of Non confiriming products at in process and final stage of inspection and action for its disposal.arrangement for new mold trial and monitor the same to fulfill customer requirement .
