Responsibilities

Facilitate communications with Genetic Counselors in the field, Laboratory, Logistics team, Manufacturing, etc., to support testing program needs and implement requirements based on program scope
Close working relationship with Business Development and Project Management to implement define program scope and support contract execution
Help create, execute, and track testing program details, identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to mitigate risk
Be a resource to the customer through reoccurring meetings, phone and email interactions (occasional face to face meetings required). Ability to develop a strong customer relationship, maintain a high level of customer service in support of the testing program.
Oversee the deployment of the program and direct point of contact post launch to ensure all aspects of the testing program are aligned for both internal and external requirements
Ability to work with diverse cross functional teams on a global platform
Performs other special projects or duties as assigned by manager or leadership
Flexibility to travel on an as- needed basis
