We are actively seeking a talented and experienced technical Project Manager to oversee a highly prestigious project in the digital video space. You will have the chance to network with clients, vendors, and in-house personnel as well as have a team of technical architects and developers reporting into you as per the requirement of the projects. What you will do (Job Responsibilities) :

- Create & manage project plans with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline

- Manage all client communication and documentation

- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.

- Create and maintain product workflow documents

- Define project schedules, allocate resources and Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

- Conduct Sprint meetings and scrum processes within the team.

- Detailing Solutions for Future Projects with a team of technical architects and developers.

What you will need (Essential Skills & Qualifications) :

- Minimum qualification required is Bachelor of Engineering. MBA will be preferred.

- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities

- Excellent problem-solving, written and oral communication skills.

- Minimum 4+ years experience in project management with consumer mobile application.

- Managed a team of technical architects and developers

- Experience with all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Analyze business requirements, negotiate scope, execute project plans and develop functional requirements.

- Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings),

- Strong technical proficiency, especially relating to mobile applications, web applications and development, systems integration, and product release and support requirements,

- Must be able to grasp issues quickly and while factoring in technical dependencies and system limitations, make educated decisions in the absence of complete information,

- The ability to frame technical solutionsoptions and negotiate business acceptance,

- Excellent organizational, tracking skills, and attention to detail,

- Excellent interpersonal skills - both business facing and Engineering.

Technical skills include :

- Should have deep understanding of common Agile practices & sprints and service-oriented environments.

- Should have experience with JIRA and Project management tools

- Experience with Analytics tools for consumer apps, like GA.

- Ability to create User stories product requirement document

- iOS and Android build and submission experience.

- Preferably worked on Consumer facing applications
