Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Promoter at Apna Mart in Ranchi. The Promoter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as promoting products, assisting customers, conducting sales activities, providing training, and implementing marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and sales experience
  • Training and mentoring abilities
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Fluency in local languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is desirable
