Job Title:Purchase Executive EMEA ( On Third-party contract)

Division :Corp Purchase

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Purchasing Manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education/ Experiences:

Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (any Discipline)

Candidate with Indirect Material procurement experience will be preferred.

Should have hands on SAP, ARIBA system.

Know-how/skills:

  • Excellent command on MS office, especially MS Excel & SAP, Ariba
  • Excellent Planning and organizing skills.
  • Good in Time management,
  • Good in written and oral English communication.
  • Good Team Player.
  • Hard working

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • To support P2P process, Query resolution for PO, Invoices & supply.
  • The Job responsibility of this position to support respective Buyers for Procurement process.
  • Co-ordination with all Buyers for maintenance of PO, vendor master.
  • Support ARIBA buying process
  • Support Team in various MIS, Trackers and updates preparation.
  • Creation of Vendor code through VMD
  • Comply with purchasing procedures and guide lines.
