Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Supply Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Vendor Relationships, Organization, Customer Service, Documentation Skills, Supply Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Cost Accounting, Control Engineering.
• Ensure a cost effective supply of quality products.
• On Year, Co-ordinate with various departments and plants and ensure timely availability of non-production requirements.
• Maintains a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities for good deals on orders.
• Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
• To get the approval and submit the purchase order to the selected vendor and ensure that the deliver is made by actual date of delivery as accepted.
• Communicates with suppliers and to make sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be, even when a deadline is tight.
• You will be maintaining relationships with vendors and operators to supply the company’s needs, overseeing inventory of all product, creating and processing invoices, sourcing products, and working with other divisions in the company to ensure needs are met.
• Responsible for timely procurement of all materials, products and services required for the production and ensure no line stoppages.
• Plan and Procurement of all kinds of Engineering items and materials, Industrial and domestic electrical parts, Safety and protection related accessories, Hardware, Wooden and Corrugated Packing, Printing and Stationary, Computer Hardware and accessories.

• Candidate must have experience in above JD.
• Experience: 5 to 7 Years.
• Candidate from manufacturing industry will give preference.
• Candidate should be ready to for face to face interview if shortlisted.

• Excellent negotiator and strong networking skills.
• Ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines.
• Experience in vendor negotiations, vendor payments etc. is a great plus.
• Education Qualification: - Any Graduate, Post- Graduate, MBA Material Management
