Job Description:

Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Samalkha (Panipat)

Qualification:B. Tech (Mechanical Engineer)

Industry preference: Machinery and Equipment Industry

Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years +

Salary Package:4.5 LPA& Negotiable+ Travel Allowances Lodge & Boarding Expenses

Required Skills:

· Proven work Experience as Purchasing Officer or Purchasing Manager

· Good knowledge of Vendor Sourcing Practices.

· Understanding of supply Chain procedure.

· Solid analytical Skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.

· Negotiations Skills

Job Responsibility:

1. Research potential vendors.

2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

3. Negotiate Contract terms of agreement and pricing.

4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

5. Review quality of purchase product.

6. Maintain updated records of purchase product, delivery information and invoices.
