Roles and Responsibilities

Inspects and approves materials / components at each cell Incoming, in process
and final Inspection by confirming to the specifications, conducting visual and measurement
tests, communicating to all the stake holders.
Approves finished products by confirming to the specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work. Documents the inspection results by completing the inspection reports and logs, summarizes re-work and waste, and inputs data into quality database.
Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements and calling for repairs.by confirming specifications. Develop new procedures and processes to improve production accuracy.
Hands on experience on CMM.
Fresher can also apply.
Diploma in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) - Pass out Year 2019/2020/2021 only.
