Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Recruiter. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing full life-cycle recruiting and consult with internal clients. To be successful in this role, you should have exceptional people skills, a proven track record of recruiting for multiple roles, and attention to detail. We will be hiring continuously for the next one year from all over India. Will need to hire a lot of field marketing executives and delivery riders for all the districts . The position will involve travelling to specific locations to find the source for recruitment as the postions we need to fill are not readily available online.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting and developing sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with various interview formats.
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team targets.
