We need a TA Specialist who can do sourcing and all interview coordination. This will be an FTE position with SIMS Education India Pvt Ltd. Below are the details:

Roles and Responsibilities-
  • IT recruitment and from SW Companies background
  • End to end IT Recruitment
  • Well versed with use of Job Portals, Social Media hiring, Head Hunting, Employee Referral etc.
  • Database preparation
  • Workday account creation
  • Offer Letter generation
  • Coordination between UK and India team for successful Onboarding
  • Operation related to Joining process
