White Horse Laboratories is an electronic component testing, training, and quality management company. It was founded in Hong Kong in 2004 as a specialized anti-counterfeit lab to take up the fight against counterfeit electronics – with extensive industry expertise, unwavering integrity, and uncompromising quality. Today, White Horse boasts 65 dedicated professionals who hold personal integrity and drive in highest regard. The company has several facilities in Asia and a logistics and sales hub in Munich, Germany.

To better meet the needs of our local customers, we are looking for a

Regional Sales Manager

based in Bangalore, Hyderabad or Pune, India.

Your primary responsibilities:

• Definition and execution of a mid and long-term revenue growth strategy

• Development and execution of an optimized sales strategy for your sales region

• Support of marketing efforts in your sales region

• Responsibility for sales targets and other determined objectives

• Systematic engagement with business partners

• Development of trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business

• Forecast of regional business and regular performance evaluation

Your skills and qualifications:

• Technical education / university degree in (Electrical) Engineering or similar

• Industry & industry process experience and knowledge

• Consultative selling approach i.e., selling on value

• Strong account management skills

• Good team player with the drive to grow with the company long-term

• Effective English skills on business level for external communication spoken and written
