Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Moga. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, working closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities, identifying client needs and providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and ensuring timely communication with clients.

  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in sales or customer relationship management is a plus
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software
