Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales order book, build brand awareness and establish strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Identify new business opportunities and market segments for vehicle body building and fabrications.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.

  • Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships to reach target audiences.

  • Brand Development:

Contribute to the development of the company’s brand image and positioning in the market.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.

  • Sales Team Leadership:

Develop right sales pitch and train sales team accordingly.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Provide training and support to enhance the team’s effectiveness.

  • Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

Use market insights to adapt sales and marketing strategies as needed.

  • Collaboration with Other Departments:

Work closely with the production teams to align sales efforts with production capabilities and client expectations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Qualifications And Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in a sales and marketing management role within the automotive industry.

Strong understanding of custom-made vehicle manufacturing and client needs.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans.

Leadership skills to inspire and manage a sales team.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
