Job Description:

Urgently Required A Sales & Projects Executive for one of The Exclusive Real Estate PVT.LTD. Company.

- MUST BE WILLING TO DO FIELD WORK

- GOOD AT BUILDING RELATION WITH CLIENTS AND GENERATE SALES

- OWN TWO-WHEELER WITH VALID DRIVING LICENSE IS MUST

Salary: (20,000 to 25,000) + Conveyance + Incentives or Best in Industry for right candidate

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate/MBA with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.

OR

- HSC with minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales is must.

- High energy fresher who believes that they can perform and eager to learn and grow

are also welcome.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Should Have Good Working Knowledge in Real Estate Sales & Marketing

Geographical Knowledge of Hyderabad And Surroundings

- Good Understanding Of HMDA, HUDA, DTCP And Other Government Development Authorities.

- Abreast with RERA And Other Government Land Planning and Regularity Authorities of Hyderabad & Telangana

- Functional Knowledge of Various Government Offices Like MRO, SRO, SDO, SDM & CCLA.

- Well Versed with Patta, Pahani, Khata, Pattedar Passbook and Restricted Lands in Telangana

- Should Have Worked on The Chronology of Pahani, EC And Link Documents

- Has Been Coordinating with Lawyer and Government Bodies for Document Verifications

- Comfortable with Dharani, EC And Other Gov Portals for Online Data Verification

- Exposure to Government Land Surveys and Digital Land Surveys

- Actively Seek Out New Sales Opportunities Through Cold Calling, Networking, Social Media and Newspaper Adds

- Set Up Meetings with Potential Clients

- On Site Coordination and Monitoring of Projects

- Educate and Explain Projects and Services to Prospected Clients

- Participate on Behalf of The Company in Exhibitions or Conferences

- Site Visit with The Clients, Negotiate/Close Deals and Handle Complaints or Objections

- Collaborate with Team Members to Achieve Better Results

- Identifies Business Opportunities and Inform to The Management

- Generate Sales Revenue by Establishing Contacts and Developing Relations

- Prospecting Clients; Recommending & Pitching Company Projects and services.

- Perform various task as company representative in the area to sustainable Sales Growth

- Identify Market Trends and adapt of project and service offerings accordingly

- Competitive Edge Over Market Activities of Competitors

- Preparing Reports by Collecting, Analyzing, And Summarizing Information

- Daily Sales Call and Customer Visits

- Maintaining Quality Service by Establishing and Enforcing Organization Standards

- Preparing Quarterly/Yearly Business Plan and Daily/Weekly Reports
